YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE TERMS OF USE, OF WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY WAY OF REFERENCE, IS AN ABSOLUTE CONDITION OF YOUR PURCHASE FROM THE VECTR.COM WEBSITE (" SITE ") AND FORMS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND VECTR. VECTR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH CHANGES.
If you are purchasing on behalf of your employer, entity or the organisation, you hereby represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of such employer, entity or organisation and have full authority to bind such employer, entity or organisation to these Terms and Conditions.
Upon purchase, you are entitled to utilise the purchased services within one (1) month from your subscription activation date.
Your subscription shall automatically renew for a further period of one (1) month upon the expiry of the current month. You may cancel the automatic renewal anytime through the settings in your account. Upon cancelling automatic renewal, your subscription shall continue and terminate at the end of the current month of subscription. For clarity purposes, your designated payment method shall be charged three (3) days prior to the actual date of renewal. For users on the yearly subscription plan, your subscription shall last for one (1) year only and shall be automatically renewed for subsequent one (1) periods upon its expiry.
Should you terminate your account with us during the subscription, you forfeit all unused allocation upon termination.

You acknowledge and agree that, as part of your subscription plan, we may allocate certain usage credits (“Credits”) to your account based on the selected pricing plans. The number of credits shall be as described in the applicable pricing plan details and may be updated by us from time to time, subject to our discretion. All Credits are provided on a monthly or yearly basis based on your subscription and are strictly limited to use within the applicable month or year. Any unused Credits at the end of the relevant month or year shall automatically expire and will not roll over, accumulate, or be carried forward to any subsequent month or year. No refunds, compensation, or replacement will be provided for any expired or unused Credits under the subscription plan. For the avoidance of doubt, Credits provided under the subscription plan are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash or cash equivalent, and may only be used by you in accordance with your subscription plan.
For Credits purchased separately by you (“Purchased Credits”), such Purchased Credits are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and will expire automatically after that period. Any unused Purchased Credits are also non-refundable.

Vectr may at its discretion provide you with additional benefit(s) to your purchase (i.e. free benefits) on top and separate to your purchase. Vectr reserves the right to determine the conditions to such additional benefit(s) at its sole discretion.
You hereby authorise us to charge your payment method for your purchase and automatically charge your payment method for each successive payment until the expiry, termination or cancellation of your subscription, where applicable. You further authorize us to charge and/or adjust the applicable charges, duties and/or taxes applicable to your purchase and subsequent automatic renewals, as and when deemed necessary, including but not limited to during the term of your subscription. Should your chosen payment method be rendered unavailable and/or cannot be charged, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject your purchase, cancel the automatic renewal and/or terminate your subscription.
Vectr reserves the right to change your subscription's rate at each renewal period and you shall be notified of any such change with the option to cancel.
Vectr reserves the right to charge you the then-current rate (which may not be the same rate as what you may have purchased prior) for new or additional purchases should (i) you exceed the allocation of your existing purchases; or (ii) your purchase has been cancelled and/or terminated.
Vectr endeavours to comply with the laws and regulations that would be applicable to your purchase and to tend to your needs and requests. Notwithstanding anything provided hereinabove, Vectr reserves the right to attend to, and review the circumstances of each matter applicable to your purchase on a case-to-case basis.
