Vectr 1.3: Rounded Corners / Corner Radius
a year ago
We are happy to announce in our bi-weekly update that new version of Vectr 1.3 features one of the most awaited features - rounded corners together with corner radius! Although you can use Vectr’s path drawing tools to create any shape your desire, you need rounded corners so often - and now you can easily do it!
Check out the YouTube video we prepared for you which shows how to use Rounded Corners / Corner Radius:
Any straight point can be rounded. Rounding in Vectr works for rectangles, rounded-rectangles (changing the corner radius), and curved paths. In order to round up the corners you should simply double-click the figure and then edit the corner radius:
Rounding also works for paths. Once you create the curved path with the pen tool, you can turn the curves to straight points double-clicking them and then choosing the corner radius.
Please stay tuned with our bi-weekly updates, next time we are surely going to have plenty of exciting news to share too! We are working hard at the moment on embedded editor and integrations, as well as the marketplace.
Make sure you join Vectr Community on Facebook, we post all of the most recent news and hints there!
